Secondary Education in Canada
Secondary institution in Canada is often termed as High school education and in native terms “ecole secondaire”. This is the main part of education in Canada where students are groomed to face the future. Here they have to select their stream and they have to decide which field they want to pursue their education in. The decision is done at the end of the term and by the first year of college they know what to specialize in.
This is a part of education where the scores determine whether you want to continue your further study or not. This is the pre undergraduate stage. Students are generally kept under pressure and they struggle to supremacy.
They face the introduction of what is called 'competition'. In Canada, education is compulsory up to age of 16 in every province. Those above the age of 19 may attend adult school. All these factors make Canada a strong Educational Body.
