In the year 1991, EIE got the share of the Bond Corporation and the development lands were then passed into the administration of a receiver/manager, substitute for the principal creditor of EIE. This campus was attained by Bond University Ltd in the year 1998.
Faculty of Business, Faculty of Health Sciences & Medicine, Faculty of Humanities & Social Sciences, Faculty of Law, and Institute of Sustainable Development & Architecture are the 5 major faculties of this university.
